Sauteed Mushrooms with Truffle Chive Fondue
serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 2 C mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cl garlic, minced
- 2 T red wine
- 2 T sour cream
- 2 T heavy cream
- 2 T chicken stock
- 4 t truffle oil
- 1 pnch truffle salt
- 3 T minced chives
- 1 T Balsamic vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
Instructions
- Saute the mushrooms in the oil and butter until soft and slightly browned, then add the garlic. Add the wine to deglaze and continue cooking until the wine is gone. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the sauce is the desired consistency.
